  • Rising Star Award: Siemens Healthineers

  • Industry Advocate Award: Koch, Inc.

  • Activator Award: OSF HealthCare

  • Visionary Award: Staples

Congratulations to all of this year’s winners.

Transformation Award: Fortune Brands Innovations

The Transformation Award recognizes organizations that achieve measurable business outcomes through their MSK benefits strategy.

Since launching Hinge Health in 2020, Fortune Brands Innovations has continued to build on its success and deliver strong, measurable impact. Over time, the team drove real growth in engagement and demonstrated clear value through an MSK claims analysis. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it reflects years of steady investment and reinforces the strength of the team’s long-term commitment and partnership.

Rising Star Award: Siemens Healthineers

The Rising Star Award recognizes an organization that launched recently and has already shown exceptional potential, rapid adoption, and strong partnership.

Siemens Healthineers launched Hinge Health on January 1, 2026 and quickly built strong early momentum across its employee population. Early engagement significantly outpaced the standard annual benchmark, even with only limited campaign activity so far and the majority of planned communications still ahead. Enrollment has grown steadily month over month since launch, and strong demand was clear from the start, with a sizable waitlist already in place before the program even went live. Pre-launch health fairs, strong open enrollment positioning, and a balanced mix of internal communications, Hinge Health emails, and home mailers helped create a strong foundation for that early success.

Industry Advocate Award: Koch, Inc.

The Industry Advocate Award recognizes the team that serves as a vocal champion for health innovation in the broader market and helps inspire wider adoption of evidence-based solutions.

The team at Koch, Inc. has been a visible champion for health innovation both within its organization and across the broader benefits market. Through thoughtful feedback and a strong, active partnership, the team has helped shape the future of MSK care. They have also shared insights at conferences across the country, helping elevate the conversation around evidence-based benefits and strengthening their presence in the health and wellness space. Internally, Koch has built broad awareness through workforce activations such as the Molex Heart Walk, Conquer the Campus, and Hinge Health at Work, while reinforcing support through its Wellbeing Champion Network and a biannual vendor summit that brings together more than 20 benefit solutions around a shared commitment to employee health.

Activator Award: OSF HealthCare

The Activator Award recognizes an organization that has gone beyond core MSK care to activate the full spectrum of whole-person health and drive strong engagement across multiple care pathways.

OSF HealthCare supported its healthcare workforce with a deliberate, population-specific approach to care. Given its predominantly female population, the organization proactively expanded menopause support, made care easier to access through convenient scheduling, enabled members to start care quickly, increased Enso activation for members with higher pain levels, and drove enrollment through internal promotion.

Visionary Award: Staples

The Visionary Award recognizes the team that demonstrates forward-thinking leadership by prioritizing MSK care as a critical part of its benefits strategy and championing new solutions early.

Staples (not pictured) earned this recognition for its thoughtful approach to benefits strategy and its commitment to making MSK care a meaningful part of the employee experience. The team stood out for finding creative ways to help associates better understand and use their benefits, and for recognizing early how HingeSelect could strengthen its offering while helping manage MSK spend more effectively.

Congratulations to the 2026 Movement Award winners! We are proud to celebrate this year’s winners and grateful for their partnership in helping more people move beyond pain.
