This event is for health and benefits professionals (employers, consultants, and health plans) who are dedicated to innovating in the benefits space to improve the health and well-being of their members. Anyone that does not fit under those parameters will unfortunately be canceled. Thank you for understanding.

No, this conference is __free__ to attend! However, attendees are responsible for flights and lodging.

Is this event in-person and virtual?

This event is in-person only as we plan to create a unique immersive experience. We will offer some of the sessions on-demand for viewing virtually after the event, but there will be no live virtual option.

Will there be continuing education credits at this conference?

We will offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) through the SHRM.

Is there a recommended dress code?

Since we will be offering several opportunities to incorporate movement throughout the day, we recommend you dress casually to your comfort level. We will offer accommodations as needed for all guided stretches should you choose to participate.

Yes there will be on-site parking available:

If you are arriving by train, the venue is located near the Washington/Wells Station, Quincy Station, and Union Station and additionally offers nearby paid parking.

Attendee Waiver and Release of Liability
You understand that participation in the conference may involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, damage, property loss, liability, expense and voluntarily assume all such risks. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT TO HOLD HARMLESS AND NOT TO SUE HINGE HEALTH, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES OF AND FROM ANY SUCH CLAIM(S) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE MOVEMENT CONFERENCE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THE PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE, PROPERTY LOSS, LIABILITY, AND OR EXPENSE WAS DIRECTLY CAUSED BY HINGE HEALTH’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR RECKLESS OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT. This waiver and release will be governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware, without regard to choice of law principles. You agree to commence any action in connection herewith in the state and or federal courts of Delaware.

Photography & Media Release
You consent to be photographed, filmed, and or interviewed at the conference. You grant Hinge Health the right to use your name, image, and likeness in conference related media and in other future company promotional activities without compensation (i.e., educational recordings and introductory presentations about available products, services, and resources held by Hinge Health made available to members, non-members, and public at large). Movement Conference guest speakers and panelists are required to sign formal releases in compliance with obligations outlined within Hinge Health’s HIPAA Marketing Authorization Policy and Non-Member Marketing Consent & Release Policy.

Privacy Policy
Hinge Health may collect your name, job title, email address, organization, industry, address, and phone number (“Personal Information”). Hinge Health will use the information provided by you to provide you with event services and for other purposes as outlined in Hinge Health’s privacy policy (https://www.hingehealth.com/about/privacy/). Your Personal Information may appear on an attendee list available to other participants. Limited attendee details (i.e., name, title, company, email) may be shared with conference sponsors and partners. By registering for this conference you consent to the sharing of your name, job title, company, and contact details with conference sponsors and partners.
